bad mattress weak shower
the room was clean and i liked the bar downstairs.
the mattress was bad , i could feel the springs. the shower was weak, and i struggled to rinse the shampoo from my hair. also , the towels weren't changed , which i found quite annoying after a long day.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
The bedroom was very cold when I arrived. No heating was on. The morning after I told Connor the room was cold. Connor advised he would look at this for me. There was a small heater put in our room when we returned.

helpful owner tasty options comfortable beds super clean place
I found the owner connor lovely and helpful. He. the breakfast was great, it had such tasty options. the beds were really comfortable, and i had such restful nights. the entire place was super clean. I felt so relaxed and comfortable there.
The shower was just a tiny bit temperamental. Though i got past that quickly.

The staff greeted me warmly and were attentive. They provided excellent, professional service. they also gave helpful assistance throughout my visit. They were very cute and friendly. i felt nothing was too much trouble. I will always remember their kindness!

The location was so central. I could easily walk to many attractions. i found the proximity to the city center convenient! it was only a short, pleasant walk. I really enjoyed exploring nearby shops and restaurants.

The room included lovely shower products and a great selection of teas and biscuits. it was decorated beautifully and clean! the mini fridge was a plus. I enjoyed having cold drinks available. i found the shower to be very nice.

the room included a smart tv and a mini fridge. a fan was also provided, it was helpful. i also appreciated the easy and quick check in process.
the bar was closed earlier than advertised one night.

The hotel offered a great location near attractions. The staff provided excellent professional service. I found the bar area comfortable, with live entertainment during the weekend.
The street outside was a bit busy.
